To support customers SAP IT project in Finance, Supply Chain process and operations in business requirements at customers site while aligning with ISTN AA global IT strategy and customer service policy.

To ensure the implementation and deployment of Finance, Logistics, business operations and IT roadmap for customers to the agreed requirements and that this is done with minimal risk and disruption to the business.
To maintain and enhance existing process and Operations IT solutions (i.e. SAP, customized process, etc.) where required.

      • Manage and oversee the group wide application portfolio, drive effective usage and deployment cooperating
        with dedicated teams in the IT organization related to SAP and Operations domain

      • Support customers with special knowledge over SAP process

      • Lead to maintain Finance and Supply Chain systems while actively monitoring day-to-day operations, defining and
        reviewing KPIs, metrics and SLAs and performance

      • Supervise the solution and service delivery over its entire lifecycle

      • Lead service improvement process ensuring the continuous improvement of end to end service, and lead continuous
        improvement on system in SAP and Operations

      • Identify opportunities for service collaboration with other domain systems in MES, portal and so on

      • Liaise with Domain Architect and Solution Expert for technical design and delivery of services

      • Provide consultancy as a SAP expert in Finance & Supply Chain domain (FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/WM Focus)

      • Team management and people development


[QUALIFICATIONS]

      • University graduate

      • 10+ years of experience (SAP Process Consultant)

      • 2+ years of experience (Developer)

      • Domain business knowledge in Finance and Supply Chain

      • SAP Consultant / SAP Team manager experience (Prefer in global operation)

      • SAP Project management experience is a plus

      • People management experience is must

      • Working experience in multi-national company and matrix organization is a plus

      • Fluent in both Korean and English

      • Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
